*Responsibilities:* * Designing and delivering lessons tailored to promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in toddlers.
* Encouraging self-expression through empathy, adaptability, and positive reinforcement.
* Attending to the fundamental needs of toddlers with care and attention.
* Facilitating harmonious interactions and resolving conflicts with gentleness and understanding.
* Serving as a role model for young minds by exemplifying appropriate behavior at all times.
* Upholding a safe and inviting classroom environment conducive to exploration and learning.
* Providing regular updates on Toddler's progress to their families and caregivers.
* Actively participating in collaborative parent and staff meetings to foster meaningful partnerships.
*Requirements:* * Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Development or equivalent experience.
* High School Diploma or Associate Degree (preferred).
* CPR certification and comprehensive training (recommended).
* Previous experience in a preschool setting, demonstrating a deep understanding of infant and toddler care.
* A genuine passion for working with babies and toddlers, coupled with patience, nurturing instincts, and thoughtfulness.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality regarding children's records.
* A clear criminal record and commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and care.
