Start a meaningful career at a fast-paced company with room for growth and development in ABA by applying for our ABA Behavior Technician role in *Glen Ridge, NJ *today! *As a Compass ABA- Behavior Technician, your responsibilities will include:* * Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) * Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) * Collect and record data on client progress and behavior * Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals * Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to create and maintain a positive learning environment * Follow all safety protocols and procedures * Follow the ABA Treatment Plan and corresponding treatment goals as designed by the BCBA *Required Skills:* * _High School Diploma or equivalent_ combination of education, training, and experience.
*College Degree preferred*.
* Previous experience working with children or with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities is preferred.
* Highly dedicated to providing the best quality services.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to act with integrity and professionalism.
* Eagerness to learn! * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
