We’re supporting a mid-sized (200 person) CPA firm with offices in NYC and Long Island hire two Senior Audit Associates.
Your work life balance will be far healthier than what you get now and your working hours will be far more predictable.
There’s fewer layers of hierarchy compared to the Top 10 firms.
You’ll be able to progress through the ranks as a number of their team (including Partners) have done.
The size of the firm will ensure that the contributions you make will be noticed and rewarded.
You’ll also get to work on the full audit – you’ll get a comprehensive understanding of the whole audit cycle, giving you a broader skill set, that will improve your chances of securing a better job in Private in the future.
You’ll work on a broader range of industries too, ensuring you won’t get stuck in a niche and giving you the chance to develop a versatile skill set.
As you’d expect, you’ll be preparing financial statements, performing audit, reviews and compilations as well as developing and maintaining client relationships.
You’ll also supervise and mentor staff.
