We're looking for an experienced *Accounts Receivable & Payable Specialist* to join its growing team in the New York office.
The AR & AP Specialist's responsibility will be to perform numerous accounting & clerical functions to support the Controller, in addition to the duties and responsibilities listed below.
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who wants to grow in the fashion/apparel industry with a new, fresh & entrepreneurial company.
Primary duties and responsibilities are as follows:
*ACCOUNTING*
· Maintain accounting records and filing documents on the company server
· Compile data and prepare a variety of reports
· Reconcile records with company employees, customers or vendors
· Perform data entry: invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records
· Assisting with the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivables
· Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents
· Investigate questionable data
· Recommend actions to resolve discrepancies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.
00 - $75,000.
