Job Description:
As a Collections Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
You will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support our team and maintain an efficient workplace.
Your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
· Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
· Managing and organizing office files, documents, and records.
· Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
· Maintaining office supplies and inventory.
· Assisting in basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
· Performing data entry and maintaining databases.
· Other general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
· Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.
· Proficiency in using office software and equipment (e.
g.
, Microsoft Office, copiers, scanners).
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
