*Controller* Brooklyn, NY 150k  We are currently seeking a skilled Controller to join our team in Brooklyn.
The Controller will oversee a team of 6 bookkeepers and manage the financial operations of the business.
Experience in the service or construction industry is preferred.
Responsibilities: - Supervise and mentor a team of 6 bookkeepers, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements - Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial risk.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Provide leadership and guidance on financial matters to executive management.
