*Full Cycle Bookkeeping:*
* Oversee the complete bookkeeping process, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and financial statement preparation.
*Bank Reconciliations:*
* Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
*Accounts Payable (AP) and Receivable (AR) Functions:*
* Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, customer invoicing, and collections.
*Financial Reporting:*
* Generate timely and accurate financial reports, providing insights into the company's financial performance.
*Budget Management:*
* Collaborate with management to develop and monitor budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
*Payroll Processing:*
* Coordinate payroll activities, including accurate calculation of employee wages, deductions, and compliance with relevant regulations.
*Tax Compliance:*
* Assist in preparing documentation for external accountants and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
*Financial Analysis:*
* Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
*Office Management:*
* Handle administrative tasks related to office management, promoting an organized and efficient work environment.
*Software Proficiency:*
* Utilize accounting software and tools proficiently to streamline financial processes.
*Collaboration:*
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial information aligns with overall business objectives.
*Continuous Improvement:*
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
```*Qualifications*```
* Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
* Excellent proficiency in accounting software and Google and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
* Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field is preferred.
* Ability to speak a foreign language is a plus but not necessary
