Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team.
As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices, and maintaining vendor relationships.

Responsibilities: - Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate coding and entry into the system - Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies - Prepare and process payments to vendors, ensuring timely and accurate payment - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues - Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable - Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any payment-related issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and approval for invoices - Assist with ad hoc financial projects as assigned Experience: - Previous experience in accounts payable or related field is required - Proficient in using accounting software such as Sage, Ceridian, ADP, Paychex, or similar systems - Strong understanding of financial concepts including debits, credits, and general ledger entries - Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday is a plus - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment We offer competitive compensation packages including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
