A small environmental consulting firm located in Chelsea, NYC is seeking an Experienced Part-time QuickBooks Administrator.
The successful candidate will provide accounting and office support.
The applicant should be very organized, a problem solver, self-motivated, quick learner, pay great attention to detail and be able to multi-task an array of diverse duties methodical in one's approach to work and great communications skill.
A "can-do" attitude is essential.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Quick Books A/R, A/P, Bank Reconciliation, Invoicing
* Manage BigTime Time and Expense tracking
* Financial calculations and analysis using Excel and Quick Books,
* General administrative tasks
* Maintain the day-to-day functionality and operation of the office,
* Assist with office projects
Requirements:
* *Required *knowledge of QuickBooks [minimum 2 yrs] including A/R, A/P, Bank Reconciliation, Invoicing
* Solid Microsoft Office skills (strong Excel skills required)
* Strong understanding of computers
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Organization, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
* Ability to manage tasks independently and within short time constraints
* Bachelor’s degree required (business administration, accounting, finance, preferred)
