We are seeking a Debt Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial management, debt resolution, and sales.
As a Debt Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing accounts, negotiating payment plans, and providing financial guidance to clients.
\*\*Responsibilities:\*\*
- Analyze accounts to determine outstanding debts
- Negotiate payment plans with clients to settle debts
- Provide financial counseling and guidance to clients on debt management
- Enroll clients in their tailored debt settlement plan
- Handle debit and credit transactions accurately
\*\*Experience:\*\*
- Proven experience in debt resolution or financial management
- Proven experience in sales (outbound or inbound)
- Familiarity with negotiating strategies
- Strong analytical skills for account analysis
_*The pay structure is commission only, with a possibility of earning $75,000 to $100,000*_
