*Accounts receivable/Accounts Payable:* *Full time position in the accounting department*
Our firm is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented A/P - A/R person to work in the accounting department.
The ideal candidate will be organized, meticulous, dedicated, enthusiastic, a team player, and is looking for a long-term, in-person position.
Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred.
*Overall Responsibilities:*
You would work directly with the accounting team and Controller on all areas of financial management.
In addition, you would work closely with our project management teams.
*Key Responsibilities*
· Process accounts payable
· Process accounts receivable
· Maintain and process necessary employee records.
· Knowledge of construction accounting solutions, i.

· Experience working with New York City agencies a plus.
