JOB DESCRIPTION DESCRIPTION: Duties: Lead teams on complex fast paced projects at the top of the senior management’s agenda and at the forefront of the industry, including growth strategies, new product launches and market entries, partnerships/acquisitions, and cross-line of business initiatives.
Own 2-4 strategy-consulting engagements at any given time, including identifying most critical aspects of problem and directing strategic approach for each engagement.
Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional business partners.
Manage project portfolio, priorities, and demand.
Structure well-designed teams for each client engagement.
Collaborate with teams across Line of Business (LOBs) and functional areas, including data science, finance, product, and marketing.
Serve as an objective thought partner to the C-suite and other senior leaders, including and beyond the immediate scope of engagements.
Actively invest in professional development of junior team members.
Take a leadership role in generating new, innovative ideas in tune with market trends.
Engage in broader team efforts, including recruiting, staffing, and performance management.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, or related field of study plus 6 years of experience in the job offered or as Corporate Strategy Executive, Area/Digital Product Manager, Management Associate, or related occupation.
The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, or related field of study plus 8 years of experience in the job offered or as Corporate Strategy Executive, Area/Digital Product Manager, Management Associate, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Quantitative and qualitative analyses, including on industry dynamics (including competitor profiling, strategic positioning, and market share performance), and exogenous factors impacting market environment (including mergers/acquisitions, new entrants, and network transformation); Financial and business analyses, including on financial reporting for strategic initiatives (including deposit growth, performance vs.
budget, and key success measures), competitors (such as financial earnings), and branches (including performance scorecards for opportunity and benchmarks); Distilling actionable insights from analyses to develop strategies, including offense/defense growth strategies, as well as functional strategies to solve for talent retention, customer experience, and product offering; Hypothesis-driven approach and methodologies for strategy development and implementation, including using known or creating new frameworks to conduct competitive decision analysis, capabilities assessment and market priorities, as well as defining implications of strategic decisions including presenting alternative scenarios; Project Management in leading multiple work streams end-to-end, managing teams, individuals and processes, with appropriate discipline (including performance tracking, Legal/Risk/Compliance controls, mitigation and contingency plans); Partnering with various functions (including Finance, Marketing, Product, Legal, Risk, and Compliance) and across lines of business to drive strategic agenda within large financial institution; Consumer and Business Banking products (including deposits, payments, lending, and branch offerings) and Payment Networks (including TCH, Nacha, and EWS), including market trends and the role of financial institutions and fintechs; and Microsoft office tools, including Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
This position also requires knowledge of payments FinTech ecosystem.

This position requires up to 10% domestic travel.
Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
Full-Time.
Salary: $235,000.
00-$285,000.
00 per year.
