A well-known New Jersey CPA and Advisory firm is hiring for multiple positions within the Public Accounting organization.

The firm seeks to hire full-time Staff Accountants and Senior Staff Accountants with at least 3+ years of recent experience working at a Public Accounting Firm.

The firm is willing and committed to helping newly hired employees sit for the CPA exam within their first year of employment.
Responsibilities:
* Work independently and show initiative,
* Effectively apply tax knowledge to individual tax returns and more complex business tax returns,
* Review more complex transactions and prepare reconciliations,
* Provide research support to a transaction review process, and
* Assist in period-end and year-end accounting closings.
Qualifications
* A CPA license, or the likelihood of being licensed in the near future
* Undergraduate or graduate degree with an accounting major
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Detail-oriented work skills
* Expert organizational and time management skills, and follow-up abilities
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, & Outlook; and QuickBooks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $91,000.
00 - $105,000.
