*Position Summary:*
HR & Payroll Coordinator is a key role responsible for overseeing and implementing a range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, payroll, employee relations, benefits administration, and general HR administration.
This position requires hands-on approach, ensuring effective HR practices that align with the company’s objectives and culture.
*Responsibilities: *
*Talent Acquisition:*
* Lead and refine the talent acquisition process, incorporating innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Foster strong relationships with department heads to identify staffing needs, update job descriptions, and develop effective hiring strategies.
* Coordinate the organization's annual performance review cycle, coordinate and track 90 days reviews.
*Payroll and Onboarding:*
* Efficiently payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in both weekly and bi-weekly schedules.
* complete onboarding process, creating a welcoming and informative experience for new hires, and ensuring seamless integration into the company.
*Employee Relations:*
* Respond to employee inquiries, offering expert guidance on company policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
* With oversight of Head of HR, assist sensitive employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and ensuring legal compliance.
* Assist with maintain a positive work environment, fostering employee engagement and satisfaction.
*Benefits Administration:*
* Assist employees with benefits enrollment, follow up and remind employees of deadlines.
* Conduct informative sessions for employees on benefits, ensuring clarity and accessibility of information.
* Resolve benefits-related issues, liaising with providers and advocating for employees’ needs.
*HR Administration:*
* Champion HR initiatives that support the company’s goals, enhancing the organizational culture and employee experience.
* Utilize HR metrics to drive improvements in recruitment, retention, and employee engagement.
* Ensure meticulous employee records, compliance documentation, and other critical HR documents.
* Regularly update organizational structures and directories, keeping them current with company changes.
* coordinate comprehensive training programs for new hires, facilitating a smooth transition into their roles.
* Deliver engaging new hire orientations, emphasizing company values and expectations.

*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Approximately 3+ years of relevant experience in HR and payroll processing.
* Proficiency in using ADP payroll systems.
* Strong skills in time management, organization, communication, and customer service.
* Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, policies, procedures, and compliance matters.
* Knowledge of employment and labor laws.
* Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
* Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
