DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Design, develop and productionize high quality machine learning models, analyze model performance and develop services to solve business problems.
Identify data source, design and implement highly scalable and reliable data processing pipelines, perform analyses, and optimize business result.
Quickly synthesize and interpret data; develop new functions or applications in programming languages to identify outliers.
Mine and analyze data from various data sources to provide actionable insights using machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.
Test, validate, and reformulate models to ensure accurate prediction of outcomes of interest.
Leverage machine learning models and techniques to target opportunities and optimize processes.
Develop creative approaches, frameworks, and insights to address key strategic recommendations.
Identify business problems and deliver oral and written presentations of the results of mathematical modeling and data analysis to management or other end users.
Ensure overall quality of deliverable is consistent with defined standards and development practice.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Computing, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Data Scientist, Software Engineer, Data Analyst, IT Consultant, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Java; Python; Machine Learning; Data Mining; Information Retrieval; Natural Language Processing; Reinforcement Learning; Ranking and Recommendation, or Time Series Analysis; Major machine learning frameworks, including PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow; Cloud computing, including Amazon Web Services, Docker, and Kubernetes; developing Microservices; Performance Testing; SQL, including Oracle and Postgres databases; XML; Linux; Kafka; Rest; Maven; and Spring frameworks.

Salary: $154,300 - $180,000 per year.
