Software Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION DESCRIPTION: Duties: Utilize ETL and Data analytics techniques to fetch big data from cloud and database, and identify trends.
Utilizing the data reconciliation framework to understand the semantics of trade and instrument lifecycle and also temporal aspects of the attributes being compared.
Develop a framework that captures metrics and then calculates an aggregated score based on various parameters.
Write test cases using TDD/BDD approach with emphasis on high maintainability.
Participate in code review sessions - peer reviews and group reviews, and provide code review sign-off for peer’s code.
Demonstrate the scalability of models/algorithms using testing frameworks and other tools.
Document technical algorithm / models.
Work in a cross-functional role on data science requirements from both tech and non-tech stakeholders across AWM.
Create chatbots using LLMs to automate day-to-day tasks, answer frequently asked questions and reduce manual intervention.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree in Engineering Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or related field of study plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer, Data Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Agile SDLC; Python; SQL; Statistics; Machine Learning; Deep Learning; REST; AWS Cloud Services; MongoDB; Oracle; Tableau; GIT; Automated Testing; Functional Testing; Manual Testing; Unit Testing; and User Acceptance Testing.

Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
Full-Time.
Salary: $120,900.
