We are hiring a *Time and Attendance Analyst* for our key client in Hancocks Bridge, NJ.
In this role you will assist the client with employee time and attendance data in an energy plant setting, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
This includes monitoring and reporting on employee attendance, time off, and overtime, as well as identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
Additionally, you will help providing training and support to employees on timekeeping processes, and auditing daily reports.
* Provide training and support to clients on how to use the timekeeping system effectively
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process
* Effectively facilitate requisitions and change orders.
* Maintain database used to request off-site records, generate document status reports, and create inventory forms.
* Past HR bookkeeping and payroll skills in a large manufacturing environment extremely helpful
* Familiarity with nuclear and energy sectors and engineers
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new applications (Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint, etc.
).
* Strong data analytical skills.
* Familiarity with prevailing wage rules
* Capability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organization, multitasking, and team building skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role

* Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
