JOB DESCRIPTION As a User Experience Researcher, Senior Associate in our Channels CORE team, will have strong problem solving and research skills to help Chase develop components, patterns, systems, and platforms to support wide-ranging elements of customers’ digital financial experience.
You will think outside the box while also being familiar with tried-and-true research methods.
You will be working collaboratively with design, data, product and tech partners to drive research’s influence is crucial to this role.
In this role, you will be tasked with understanding and considering the design systems, components, and patterns that support Chase’s effort to bolster customers’ digital financial experience Job Responsibilities: Work closely with Channels design and product team to identify top holistic gaps, determine areas where user experience research can best provide insight and impact, and develop research roadmaps Work with design, data, and product leads to uncover customer needs from a broad set of qualitative and quantitative data sources including analytics and trend research Design and lead research studies for strategic, durable insights as well as fast turnaround projects Ensure research results are actionable and contribute directly to project and business goals Support other researchers to ensure quality and consistency of deliverables and best practices Contribute to next gen vision for research function, identifying areas of opportunity or improvement, including process, tools, and approaches Draw inferences from wide range of types of data sources and studies Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders across functions, including product leadership Provide consistent, high-quality deliverables and input Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent relevant experience 3+ years of experience planning and executing user research studies with solid mixed methods foundation Ability to drive multiple complex initiatives with guidance Enthusiasm for designing and delivering research for maximum impact and for developing world-class products and experiences Ability to champion user experience research and integrate within design planning, estimation, and prioritization process Demonstrated ability to incorporate user research into the product development process to drive impact Clear, articulate communication and strong stakeholder management skills Familiarity with banking and finance a plus Portfolio or examples of past projects Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills: Masters’ or Ph.
D.
