Job location: Preference for NY/NJ based candidates Our Talent Acquisition Team is growing – we are seeking an Analytics / Digital recruiter with experience hiring hire high performing Analytics and Digital talent across all levels.
This role will work closely with Analytics business leaders and hiring managers, as well as external networks and partners to provide an engaging recruitment and selection process delivering Analytics talent aligning with the needs of the business.
This role will build strong relationships with Analytics hiring leaders to develop job descriptions and source and hire highly sought-after Analytics talent through a variety of recruiting channels.
One key aspect of this role is the development of strong sourcing strategies to find world-class Analytics talent, delivering a red carpet candidate experience from the initial candidate attraction stage onward to onboarding.
This is a full life-cycle recruiter role that comes with high volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment.

Recruiter Job Duties: • Collaborates with hiring managers to understand job profiles and skill / experience requirements, • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting a variety of sources – which can include professional/social media, professional networking, community services and colleges, job boards / internet sites, etc.
• Provides candidates with insights on EXL culture, organizational construct and general information of the Analytics practice, an overview of the career opportunity, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; using newsgroups and job sites.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Arranges interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel and lodging as applicable.
• Works closely and collaboratively with external, 3rd party recruiting agencies where and when appropriate, to find best talent for EXL.
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
• Identifies opportunities to improve recruiting practices and policies; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
• Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by achieving talent acquisition hiring goals.
