DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Translate marketing strategies into data-driven use cases and stories.
Consolidate and prioritize data needs across the Asset Management Marketing department and regions.
Establish the Marketing Analytics and Reporting team's operating model and end users' analytics and reporting experience.
Enhance data literacy across the organization, partnering with Marketing stakeholders to deliver timely, prescriptive, and actionable insights that inform decision-making processes.
Collaborate to govern segmentation frameworks for targeted marketing and client journeys.
Identify self-service solution use cases that improve data access efficiency, empowering marketers with data-driven insights to strengthen relationships with stakeholders and counterparties.
Drive consultation efforts and provide training as needed to promote data-driven decision-making across marketing organizations.
Collaborate with the BI tech team to devise data modeling solutions within Universal Data Model warehouse, ensuring efficient and streamlined data management.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Engineering (Any), Mathematics or related field of study plus 5 (Five) years of experience in the job offered or as Quant Analytics, Senior Consultant, Assistant Manager, Technical Associate, Associate, or related occupation.
The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Engineering (Any), Mathematics or related field of study plus 3 (Three) years of experience in the job offered or as Quant Analytics, Senior Consultant, Assistant Manager, Technical Associate, Associate, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Project management including Jira, Confluence, Product Operating Model and Financial Domain; Data visualization including Qlik Sense, Tableau, Alteryx, Salesforce, Datorama, Google Analytics, SAP Business Objects, Webi, Crystal reports, Data Mining, and Data Modelling; Analytics Programming using Python, Pyspark, SQL, Pandas, Numpy, Scipy and Matplotlib; and Statistical knowledge in Linear regression, Logistic regressions, K-Nearest Neighbors, SVM and K-means clustering, Descriptive, Diagnostic and Prescriptive Analytics, A/B testing.

Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
Full-Time.
Salary: $136,066 - $150,000 per year.
