Job Responsibilities: Documentation: Collaborate with product owners, support specialists, trainers, and engineers to produce high-quality technical documentation for our products and services.
This could include user guides, technical API documentation, FAQs, system manuals, technical specifications, training materials, and more.
Product Support: Work closely with our product and development teams to translate technical specifications into user-friendly, understandable content.
Play a key role in the product design process by ensuring user-centricity in the documentation.
User Support: Develop documentation to aid our support specialists in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Create resources such as knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
Training Material Development: Assist in the development of effective training materials for clients.
This includes writing scripts for video tutorials, creating slide decks for webinars, and drafting handouts for in-person training sessions.
Quality Assurance: Review documentation to ensure it is clear, concise, and user-friendly.
Perform ongoing updates to existing documentation to ensure they remain accurate and relevant.
Continuous Improvement: Ensure the flow of improvements from e.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.

, English, Communications, Technical Writing, Computer Science) preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in technical writing, ideally within the financial sector Proven ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts concisely Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills, e.
g.
, with release notes or API documentation Strong research skills, able to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies Experience working with documentation tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and Confluence Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as DITA, Adobe Experience Manager, MadCap Flare, Office Suite, etc.
Experience with markdown and markup languages such as DITA, HTML, XML, CSS Strong conversational knowledge of technology principles, including APIs, Swagger, SDKs, authentication, programming languages and version control.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities: Working knowledge of Jira and/or Jira Align as well as document version control systems Familiarity with technical writing standards and style guides.
