Position: Financial Analyst

Summary: The Financial Analyst is responsible for the compilation, distribution, and analysis of financial data, writing and maintaining reports and schedules, and presenting results concisely and meaningfully.
This role involves conducting complex analysis in areas such as budgets and strategy to support decision-making processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Compile and analyze financial data from various sources to support decision-making processes and strategic initiatives.
Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
Perform variance analysis and identify trends, opportunities, and risks to inform management decisions.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and strategic plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and provide analytical support for special projects and initiatives.
Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as requested by management.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data by performing regular audits and reconciliations.
Prepare presentations and communicate financial results and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial analysis.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or related field.
Proven ability to compile, analyze, and interpret financial data.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.
