The Job
As a Senior Representative, Brokerage Treasury Operations, you will analyze and process returned check transactions.
May have internal customer interaction through various communication channels.
Work with internal and external business partners to research returned check transactions.
Process Returned Check transactions to customer accounts using FBSI and XTRAC Send notifications to internal and external business partners as required by Treasury policies and procedures Process incoming and outgoing mail related to Returned Checks Collaborate with FI Bank Reconciliation to research and resolve aged items Respond to customer inquiries via XTRAC/Service Central Monitor various daily reporting Contribute to process improvement initiatives Interact with Treasury’s external bank partners as needed The Expertise & Skills You Bring Bachelor’s degree 3+ years’ experience in brokerage or banking industry Working knowledge of FIBS and XTRAC a plus Basic understanding of money movement / bank reconciliation preferred Ability to work independently with demonstrated good judgment Ability to effectively perform in a team environment and collaborate with others Ability to multi-task and prioritize work Possess a strong attention to detail You bring a strong sense of ownership, accountability and a commitment to achieving objectives Possess excellent problem-solving and research skills Ability to identify red-flag behavior in customer accounts and escalate accordingly The Team The Treasury Returned Checks team is focused on ensuring that check deposit returns are processed to customer brokerage accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
The base salary range for this position is $39,000-$61,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package.
Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
