Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent discipline preferred.
• Proficient in accounts payable and expertise in Microsoft Suite.
• Experience with automated accounting systems (Paymerang, Blackbaud, and Financial Reporting System).
The Accounts Payable Analyst and Assistant to the CFO/COO is responsible for assisting the Business Office leadership in the management of all financial and operational resources of the school.
As a key member of the Business Office team, this position is onsite and requires attention to detail, analysis, accurate payables, and employee spending accounting.
The position also supports coordinating and managing communication with varied constituencies on behalf of the CFO/COO.

Responsibilities • Primarily responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the Accounts Payable process and evaluates expenditures to ensure compliance with policies and controls.
• The candidate will be an administrator of Paymerang, our automated accounts payable platform.
• Collaborate with the Directors of Facilities, Technology, Office of Academic Affairs, and Food Services to ensure timely and accurate payment of school expenses.
• Responsible for reconciling school-wide credit card expenses and working closely with faculty and administrative personnel.
Analyze credit card charges to confirm accuracy.
• Support the office of the Assistant Head of School for Academic Life on all professional development and recruitment expenses.
• Contribute to the annual 1099 process, confirming accurate reporting of financial detail in collaboration with the Controller.
• Accommodate grade heads and facilities team members with supply orders.
• Manage scheduling and calendar of the CFO/COO and other members of the Business Office.
• Assist CFO/COO and other Business Office team members with projects as needed, including varied assignments and administrative support functions.
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent discipline preferred.
• Extraordinary attention to detail and organization.
• Proficient in accounts payable and expertise in Microsoft Suite.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.
00 - $80,258.
