Bonus eligible Purpose of Position In order to support the continued growth of PPC, we are recruiting an Associate who will primarily work on evaluating new investment opportunities and ongoing portfolio monitoring as well as ad hoc project and business needs.
Key Responsibilities Support PPC team members in qualitatively and quantitatively evaluating/underwriting new investment opportunities, including due diligence on companies, sectors, loan portfolios, and GPs, performing valuations, data analysis and financial modelling; a significant amount of time will be spent on financial modelling Preparation and presentation of findings and proposals for investment committee and other internal meetings Assist in closing process with legal and operational administration Regularly update CRM system to reflect active deal pipeline Monitor private credit industry landscape by participating in GP outreach, manager meetings and market mapping Assist investor relations team with ad hoc requests and projects related to fundraising Support and participate in sourcing activities with GPs/LPs/intermediaries Work with middle and back-office teams on reporting and operational initiatives Knowledge and Experience 1-3 years max experience working as an analyst/associate in investment banking (e.
