The anticipated salary range for this role is between $86,000.

The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire.
The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award.

Role Description The Business Analyst provides application support solutions and perform root cause analysis for issues reported by business teams.
will lead or assist in projects surrounding supported applications.
Role Objectives: Expertise Maintain knowledge of emerging technological developments and industry trends to offer up-to-date solutions to business teams.
Demonstrate an understanding of business unit operations and workflow design.
Show an ability to utilize iterative design practices to continue to refine business systems.
Exhibit capability to generate buy-in and support from stakeholders and end-users for new systems and updated implementations.
Possess modeling and analysis skills suited for justifying proposals to management.
Role Objectives 1 Receiving support requests from the business, guiding them and working with developers and Back-office applications 2 Support the lead with automation solutions and/or help change current process flow to reduce the number of incidents 3 Good understanding of Fixed Income Trade life cycle from Front to Back is a plus 4 Experience with Back-office applications processing and trade reconciliations 5 Work on projects resulting from Regulatory and Industry initiatives 6 Effectively communicate with internal teams or vendor to resolve issues.
Should have good analytical skills.
7 Ability to own and manage problems or incidents and provide a solution without much supervision 8 Ability to support RTB projects and tasks as well as assist in CTB project and tasks.
Qualifications and Skills 1.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

Should have 3 to 5 years of experience working in Fixed Income products or domain.

Experience working with clearance and settlements applications and other vendors’ systems is a plus 4.
Basic knowledge of Trade and Position reconciliations.
5.
Good knowledge of any SQL reporting tools 6.
Good knowledge of trade processing and settlement/clearing 7.
Good knowledge of Fixed Income products 8.
Knowledge and Experience in Equities is a plus 9.
