*Title: * Finance Associate/Bookkeeper -- this is a five-day a week part-time position working approximately three hours per day (specific daily hours are negotiable).
*General Overview:* Using QuickBooks and other company resources, the Finance Associate is primarily responsible for managing all receivables for the company as well as assorted other finance and administration tasks.
Major components of the position include:
* Executing billing for all categories of existing customers by:
Determining amount and timing of all customers
Sending out appropriate correspondence alerting customers to pending transaction
Executing the transactions (both credit card and ACH)
Recording transactions properly
Creating management reports
* Executing all categories of new customer transactions by:
Setting new customers up in financial system
Sending out appropriate communications to customer
Executing the transactions (both credit card and ACH)
Recording transactions properly
* Creating management reports
* Working with COO on monthly and annual reporting
* Tracking accounts payable with payroll partner organization
* Other tasks as assigned
This job is a home-based position with all internal departmental meetings occurring virtually.
The candidate must be able to work independently from home and have a suitable, quiet, designated place to work free from all distractions.
The ideal candidate must be obsessive about details and have prior bookkeeping experience (preferably with receivables).
He/she should be dogmatic about following procedures but be inquisitive and unafraid to offer suggestions and/or changes to those procedures.
Lastly, the candidate must be able to flourish in the uncertain but exciting environment of an entrepreneurial startup in which the only constant is change.
*Experience*
* Minimum of a college degree.
* Minimum of three years working with QuickBooks.
* Experience using recurring subscription billing software.
* Innate ability to use computerized systems quickly and efficiently.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to juggle multiple assignments with ease.
* Ability to be productive while working independently.
*Accountabilities*
* Ensure all receivables are accurate and transactions executed efficiently within the guidelines of LeanOnWe systems.
* Deliver accurate and timely management reports
* Communicate effectively with the rest of the staff.
* Communicate effectively with both primary and tertiary customers.
* Assist in accomplishing general staff tasks as directed by and evaluated by the supervisor.
*Requirements*
* Cell phone with unlimited calling/data
* Ability to work in Google Office (documents, sheets, etc.
)
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks, including work on multiple caregiver issues and onboard multiple caregivers simultaneously
* Comfort working on a Windows operating platform
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.
00 - $27.
00 per hour
