* Upload the bi-weekly payroll from PayCom to Tangicloud
* Calculate and post fringe benefits on a monthly basis
* Calculate and post indirect costs on a monthly basis
* Update and prepare the monthly staffing report
* Run and analyze the monthly financials and issue reports to users, set-up review meetings, etc.
* Run the monthly AR reports and calculate allowances
* Update the forecast / position control for staffing changes; sign-off on PAFs from a budget perspective for non-admin positions
* Provide ad hoc analytical support
* Run and analyze the quarterly financials for presentation to the Board of Directors
* Track project spending, including for the affiliate entities in development (maintain the cash invested in projects schedule)
* Reconcile, monthly, the Development (fundraising) cash receipts between Raiser’s Edge and Tangicloud
* Upload the budgets (for The Bridge, Weston, and affiliate entities) into Tangicloud.
Also, prepare the budget spreads prior to upload.
Assist in budget preparation and manage budgets using financial software and Excel
* Maintain the budgets and forecasts in both TangiCloud and PayCom (if we go that route)
* Prepare recurring journal entries
* Support the team in responding to program audit requests
* Prepare schedules for yearend, in preparation for the external audits
* Prepare/calculate the annual ASA analysis
* Focus on maintaining the organizational forecast to provide realistic yearend projections
* Prepare the monthly temporarily restricted funds report
* Assist in preparing the monthly reporting package, including KPIs
* Review/approve purchase requisitions from a budget/coding perspective
* To perform petty cash audits in conjunction with other Finance staff
* To provide assistance to the other Finance teams as needed
* Perform other tasks as assigned
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting or Finance preferred)
* with 3-4 years of experience (working with non-profits and government agencies preferred)
* Advanced Excel skills with an aptitude to embrace new technology, systems, and workflows
* Knowledge of fund accounting systems preferred
* Must be able to analyze large amounts of data from numerous sources and have a strong desire to prepare in-depth analyses and report the results in a meaningful and concise manner
* Great attention to detail and strong communication skills
* Strong team player with an aptitude to continually learn and grow

Pay: $65,000.
