The anticipated salary range for this role is between $150,000.

The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire.
The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award.

Role Description Manage the underwriting and portfolio management process for diverse debt solutions for companies with private equity ownership.
Assess the company's constraints, and financial, economic, fiduciary, legal, and tax environments to enhance value proposition, gain market share and reduce risk.
Role Objectives: Delivery Support the underwriting, due diligence, and preparation of internal project documents for clients.
Supports the preparation of Credit Applications, pre-screen deal memos, analysis of industry and company financial condition, key risks and mitigants application of pricing models, and evaluations of the viability and profitability of the opportunity.
Gather financial statements/levers/drivers, and prepare and/or review project and financial models to help seniors to advise clients.
Develop an understanding of the company's constraints, financial, economic, fiduciary, legal, and tax environments.
Create product presentation materials (i.
e.
, pitch books, product highlights, etc.
), provide relevant background information on client relationships, and prepare data/info to support client cross-selling meetings.
Deliver research (i.
e.
, distribution of research to buy-side clients) and information requests to clients.
Role Objectives: Interpersonal Build relationships with private equities, investment funds, and buy-side clients to support seniors, build network of clients.
Partner with the team to streamline internal processes and cross-sell opportunities.
Work closely with senior leaders and partners across compliance, legal, risk, etc.
regarding regulatory issues and escalate urgencies/issues swiftly with the right stakeholder(s).
Collaborate with fellow associates and business partners to expand company-wide network, foster connections with subject matter experts, and build industry relationships to develop an overall network of clients.
Develop industry familiarity, knowledge of market developments that impact clients, and overall external network.
Seek advanced training and education through industry-related events and/or other opportunities.
Role Objectives: Expertise Demonstrate basic product experience, sector expertise, knowledge of competing products, industry-specific knowledge, and trends within the private equity, investment funds, and buy-side sector.
Utilize advanced certifications, credentials (i.
e.
, CFI, etc.
) and/or degrees (MBA).
Apply (and broaden) basic knowledge of sponsor finance, corporate bank, and strong presentation skills to help support senior team members.
Leverage ongoing sales, coaching, and/or developmental training experience, network, and industry relationships (i.
e.
, buy-side clients) to increase sales opportunities.
Utilize both micro and macro investment depth and analyze historical transactions in assigned industries to better understand the sponsor finance structure.
Demonstrate basic knowledge of underwriting, seeking credit approval, negotiating loan documents, and closing bilateral and syndicated SCFs.
Demonstrate technical acumen in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Pro, and other pertinent presentation tools to enhance presentation abilities.
