Responsibilities and practice
Dentons US LLP is seeking an associate with 2-5 years of legal experience in structured finance, including experience with purchase and sale transactions, servicing agreements and financings, to join our sophisticated Chambers-rated Capital Markets practice in our New York office.
We have a Hybrid 3 Day Work Policy, which offers a flexible approach to work schedules, combining remote and in-office work for enhanced productivity.
The person hired for this position will be a part of a dedicated team and will support the practice by assuming such responsibilities as:
Representing purchasers, sellers, servicers, creditors and borrowers, including banks, finance companies, private equity funds, hedge funds, public companies and private companies in structured finance transactions, including purchase and sale transactions, servicing agreements and financing transactions
Drafting and negotiating primary transaction documents and agreements
Communicating with clients and transaction counterparties
Working collaboratively to manage closings
Supporting the practice as needed
Pursuant with New York law, the salary range for this position will be $225,000 to $345,000 based on experience.
