Position Description
Evergreen Trading is seeking to hire a talented and highly motivated Staff Accountant, AP.
Reporting to the Assoc.
Director, AP, the Staff Accountant, AP will contribute to the efficient and effective operations of the accounting team by executing daily tasks with a strong attention to detail.
Primary responsibilities include the following:
Duties And Responsibilities
Manage the AP email queue of vendor payment inquiries with timely responses to vendor requests, including appropriate follow up with responsible owners for approval
Coordinate applicable media and operating expense vendor payments and mailing
Perform daily cash receipt applications including researching and resolving issues related to unreconciled or unposted cash activity by contacting the appropriate 3rd parties
Audit monthly employee expense activity using Concur
Vendor maintenance and management
Other projects as assigned
Knowledge & Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
Experience with NetSuite ERP and Concur is a plus.
Intermediate MSO skills, particularly Excel.
Strong verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
Must be organized, detail oriented and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Ability to follow-up on pending issues.
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
Strong team player, highly collaborative and passionate about the Company’s mission.
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
The above represents the expected base salary range for this role.
Exact compensation is determined by level of experience, location, and other job-related factors.
