What Customer Pricing Support contributes to Cardinal Health
Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution.
Customer Pricing Support is responsible for proactive research, customer and supplier inquiries, and dispute resolution all with a concentration on customer pricing, acting as a liaison with internal and external key stakeholders.
Services multiple customer accounts and/or processes in a fast paced and highly analytical environment.
Responsibilities
Act as a mentor for less experienced colleagues
Provides support for business transformation activities
Strong communication skills- acting as a liaison with internal and external key stakeholders
Works collaboratively to respond to non-standard requests
Possesses an understanding of service level goals and objectives when providing customer and supplier support
Works with management and peers to develop consistent methodologies based on best practices for efficiently implementing solutions
Will develop / contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Works on complex projects of large and small scope
Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems; solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives
Completes work independently; receives general guidance on new projects
Qualifications
2+ years experience in finance, accounting, business related field, preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Experience with platforms such as SAP/Business Objects, preferred
Experience with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP's, pivot tables), preferred
Creating process maps via Lucid Chart or Microsoft Vizio, preferred
