Job Summary
The Jr.
FP&A Analyst is responsible for monitoring Sales performance and profitability of all channels (retail, outlet, online and wholesale) in North America.
Prepares and evaluates business case for Store openings or Refit of existing stores.
Perform activities directly related to the running of the Stores, supporting areas of logistics; finance; accounting; budgeting; auditing; internal control; stores procedures compliance; and similar activities.
This role reports to the FP&A, Manager Diesel.
Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
Monitor all budgeting, re-forecasting, and financial planning functions supporting areas of sales, logistics, finance, accounting, budgeting, auditing, internal control, and store procedures compliance.
Assisting the FP&A Manager with preparation of annual budgeting and rolling forecast process
Support the FP&A Manager and the Chief Financial Officer of OTB Group USA: Diesel to determine the activities going forward with the goal to maximize sales and profit.
Prepare monthly sales reports to monitor the evolution of Net Sales by Stores with focus on retail KPI.
Prepare monthly reports and dashboards to analyze variances and monitor Genex , marketing costs and Capex by collecting, analyzing and organizing a wide range of data sources
Meet with key business units monthly to review financial performance and business forecast.
Work on end month closing aim to prepare and analyze P&L by stores.
Support on functional issues encountered by Finance users across the North America market.
Monitor over shrink issues & POS-related compliance, including analysis and action plan development.
Prepare annual and monthly financial package and other reports to HQ (Parent Company)
Plan and control departmental budget as relates to General & Administrative expenses – T&E, Maintenance, etc.
Reviews Budget variance analysis, cost controls and expenses to advise executive team.
Ensures that the internal control/procedures compliance requirements are implemented and monitored where required.
Plans of day to day, week to week, month to month and annual workflow.
Preferred Skills
2- 3 years in similar position
A Degree in Business Admin/Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must have a strong financial acumen and skill set.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
SAP preferred
Highly motivated individual with strong technical, analytical skills and excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Great problem-solving skills and ability to visualize process change and its implementation.
Must have excellent attention to detail; organized and have excellent follow-up skills.
Salary range: $70-80k
