Job Description: Our company is currently seeking a Cash Applications Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for researching and processing / applying payments received electronically and via check.
Full training will be given on our custom systems upon hire.
Responsibilities: Process and manage the application of checks.
Process and manage the application of Wire/ACH/Credit cards payments.
Research and reconciliation of payments to proper invoices, credits and deductions.
Assist with the online deposit of checks.
Qualifications: Ability to prioritize and multitask Strong organizational skills Deadline and detail-oriented Prior experience working with a factor and / or in check applications is a plus!
