We are looking for a talented and passionate Monetization and Investments Analyst to join our New York team.

Not Your Typical Monetization and Investment Analyst Role
At Darrow, you will work closely with our Director of Monetization and Investments, including (but not limited to) business development, lead generation and strategy; executing monetization transactions, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to push the business forward.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a financial firm, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in Investment Banking or Investment Management
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in economics, finance, business management or related field
Ability to comprehend complex financial statements and deal documents
Proven analytical skills, particularly as it relates to financial markets
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel, with demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and analysis
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proven ability to work independently and act as a self-starter
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and align efforts with business goals

Darrow provides a reasonable range of compensation.
Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
The range of (total compensation) pay for this role is $80,000-100,000
Responsibilities:
Support the Director of Monetization & Investments with business development and execution of monetization transactions
Collaborate with key stakeholders to compile supplementary documents and promptly address diligence requests from investors
Conduct market research across various online platforms to identify new leads and potential investors
Manage investor relations via regular communications, reporting and updates
Represent Darrow at industry events and conferences
Set-up and manage portals and data rooms
Provide support to internal and external stakeholders with tasks related to case valuations
