Job Description
Senior Associate Financial Reporting, Strategy
Publicis Sapient is looking for highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate Financial Reporting, specializing in our Strategy capacity, to join our dynamic Finance team.
As a part of a growing agency, you will leverage your exceptional problem-solving abilities, Excel skills, demonstrated expertise in generating actionable analytics, and unwavering commitment to achieving tangible results and accuracy.
Your Impact:
Work with Senior Manager to provide comprehensive financial analysis and reporting.
Manage month end close activities, coordinating with Re:sources for accurate reporting of P&L.
Support preparation of the budget, financial forecasts, and report variances.
Collaborate with North America and International Finance teams, to optimize financial processes, enhancing communication and reporting.
Assist with the adoption of best practices, supporting business reviews.
Support Senior Manager to design and implement efficient financial processes and operations, emphasizing the significance of accuracy and timely submission of data, in line with industry benchmarks.
Working closely with Senior Manager to derive insights and tell the story through data, conducting performance analysis by country, client, investigating drivers for variances to forecast and budget, with a very inquisitive audience: Strategy CFO and Strategy leadership team.
Support ad hoc requests and special projects.
Qualifications
Your Skills and Experience:
3 years minimum in FP&A
Data driven and excellent attention to detail
HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) /Smartview experience is a must have.
Oracle and SAP experience would be a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, including experience in financial/operational model building.
Experience in reviewing financial data & identifying errors.
Ability to prioritize and effective time management skills.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting or Business.
Additional Information
Pay Range: $82,000 - $124,000
The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient.
Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
