Job Description Position Overview Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Analyst, Project Finance and M&A will be an active member of Cordelio’s project finance and M&A team, supporting renewable energy project financings, evaluation of new investments and partnerships, and advancement of Cordelio’s development portfolio.
Responsibilities Build, refine, and maintain financial models for in-house wind, solar, and energy storage development projects.
Support structuring and execution of tax equity and debt project financings as part of a Cordelio deal team.
Perform financial analysis and due diligence on acquisitions, joint ventures, and other development partnerships.
Actively participate in project development, including preparing financial analysis to inform key project decisions.
Support the evaluation and analysis of power offtake opportunities to determine offer pricing and structures, in close conjunction with the commercial and development teams.
Prepare presentations and approval materials for Cordelio management, investment committee, and board of directors regarding project investment recommendations, financings, and acquisitions.
Experience/Education Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or quantitative field 1-2 years relevant work experience (including internships) in finance, banking, or the renewable energy industry.
Additional Requirements and Success Factors Strong financial modeling skills, including proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Office 365 environment.
Exceptional analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
Ability to articulate financial modeling results in a clear and concise manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop effective presentation materials.
Passion for renewable energy, with a willingness to learn about U.
S.
power markets and wind, solar, and energy storage project development.
Travel Requirements Occasional: Less than 5% for company related activities and industry conferences.

Compensation & Benefits The compensation range for this position is USD $90,000-$115,000 per year.
Exact compensation will be determined by Cordelio and depends upon experience.
