Job Title: Bookkeeper – QuickBooks Expert

Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable, self-driven, and experienced Bookkeeper who excels in managing financial records and providing accurate and timely reports.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards.
As a QuickBooks Expert, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating all financial transactions, reconciling accounts, generating financial statements, and assisting in various financial analysis tasks.
Responsibilities:
Use QuickBooks extensively to record, classify, and summarize financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
Regularly reconcile bank and credit card accounts, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
Generate and analyze various financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Collaborate with the financial team to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Prepare and file necessary tax forms, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Maintain orderly and organized financial records, adhering to best practices for record-keeping and document management procedures.
Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy within the financial department.
Provide support for audits by organizing and presenting financial data as requested.
Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred, but not mandatory)
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with QuickBooks software
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Ability to reconcile financial statements and resolve discrepancies
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
Effective organization and time management abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
