Accounts Receivable/ Collections Specialist

Accounts Receivable/ Collections Specialist salary is 65-80k Reconcile payments and invoices for correct posting.
Provide backup for aging reports · Interact daily with Billing, AP and Cash Application teams on various accounts.
· Contact customers via phone, email and portals on disputes, discrepancies and past due accounts over 30 to120 plus days.
· Be part of weekly meetings with Account managers, RVP’s and AR Manager to discuss problem accounts, bad debt and DSO.
· Revise, create and uploaded invoices and statements · Email invoices & Issue Pro-forma invoices with credits and adjustments.
