JOB DESCRIPTION
Within the Treasury and Chief Investment Office Finance and Business Management organization, Business Management is a key representative and trusted advisor to the Front Office teams.
The successful Vice President candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent client relationship manager skills, the ability to drive and execute Tier 1 business goals and initiatives, maintain and enhance internal controls/external regulations, promote innovative technology solutions, and create business efficiencies.
Job Responsibilities:
Support strategic priorities and governance for the Global Treasury/Chief Investment Office and Global Chief Financial Office
Execute product initiatives and/or location strategy
Grow the Business Management support model for Interest Rate Risk (IRR) Strategy including Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and Net Interest Income (NII) initiatives, Firmwide Quantitative Research (QR) model support and Deposit Model Forum
Drive End of Day and Structural Interest Rate Risk Migration including the Firmwide shift to Risk Free Rate (RFR)-based risk and associated Market Risk system migrations
Enable business innovation thru the use of data and automation.
Promote, lead, and manage data quality and controls.
Lead Policy/Standard/Procedures/Framework changes and maintenance
Manage key stakeholder consensus, Committee management & approvals, Technology implementation and delivery
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
8+ years of related work experience
Fixed Income and Banking product expertise
Experience in Operations and or Technology preferred
Business Management, Chief Operations Office, project management or consulting experience preferred
Strong interpersonal skills, ability interact effectively with senior stakeholders
Self-starter with a project management mindset, able to manage and prioritize across multiple projects simultaneously able to multi-task across a variety of priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to develop and clearly present conclusions
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
Knowledge of Databricks, Tableau, Alteryx or Python
Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint/PitchPRO
