Job Details Full Time Analysts in our Corporate & Investment Banking program will sit within one of the following groups: US Diversified Industries Group (DIG): The Diversified Industries Group has an extensive corporate and investment banking presence covering a broad range of public and private corporations.
Our industry coverage includes Consumer, Financial Institutions, Life Sciences & Healthcare and Diversified Industrials (including Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Business Services, Multi-Industrials, Packaging & Building Materials, etc.
).
We provide sector focused coverage, including M&A and strategic advisory, as well as working across various product partner groups (e.
g.
, Leveraged Finance, DCM, ECM, Rates and FX) to provide advice, solutions and services to our clients.
Financial Institutions Group (FIG): The Financial Institutions Group provides financing and advisory services to clients in North America and globally, including insurance companies and brokers, FinTech companies, specialty finance companies, exchanges/clearing houses, asset managers, and banks.
We work closely with TD Securities’ product partners (e.
g.
, Financial Sponsors, Leveraged Finance, DCM, and ECM) to provide a full suite of corporate & investment banking solutions.
Financial Sponsors Group (FSG): TD Securities’ Financial Sponsors Group provides dedicated coverage to a broad range of North American and Global private equity, infrastructure, pension and sovereign wealth funds.
We focus on developing and maintaining financial sponsor relationships through a continuous flow of proprietary ideas and financing solutions.
FSG partners with various industry and product groups to provide advisory and execution to clients on transactions including leveraged buy-outs, M&A, structured equity solutions, financial restructuring and related transactions.
Real Estate: The U.
S.
Real Estate team focuses on the origination and execution of strategic advisory, private capital placement and M&A transactions.
We work alongside our product partner groups (e.
g.
, Leveraged Finance, DCM, ECM, Derivatives) to deliver the full suite of TD products and services to a client base that includes public REITs, financial sponsors, institutional asset managers, and national developers and operators of commercial real estate.
Sustainable Finance & Corporate Transitions: The Sustainable Finance & Corporate Transitions group provides ESG advisory and sustainable finance solutions to TD Securities’ global client base.
As TD Securities’ central point of contact on integrating ESG across the business, the SFCT group works alongside our product partner groups (e.
g.
, DCM, ECM, Derivatives, Leveraged Finance) to deliver holistic client solutions and thought leadership.
Job Requirements Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.
