Mechanical Estimator (Downtown)

HVAC/Plumbing company seeking an estimator with at least 1 year experience in the HVAC/Plumbing industry.
Your responsibilities include researching the materials, sourcing options, labor, and permit costs for given projects.
Work with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to get appropriate and competitive estimates.
Compile pricing data for projects that include anything from mechanical system upgrades to new construction projects.
