Title:
Staff Accountant
Responsibilities:
Assist in month end closings.
Bank reconciliations and cash applications.
Assist in compiling financial data in Excel, using Pivot Tables and V-Lookup functions.
Assist in Accounts Payable function.
Requirements
Degree in Accounting.
2-3 years of experience in general accounting
Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills, especially Excel.
Strong time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
High degree of attention to detail
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Strong analytic abilities
Apparel Company experience preferred but not necessary
