We are searching for a *Bookkeeper* to add to our growing team!
_\*Our office is located in Spring Hill, Florida, where this position will report to daily.
Any interested candidates must be able to relocate to the area, before or at hire.

In this position, you will work under our current Lead Bookkeeper.
You will play a key role in managing clerical tasks, daily financial entries, and account reconciliation.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
*Your responsibilities will include:*
* Daily financial entries
* Account reconciliation
* Weekly & monthly financial reporting
* Invoice payments
* Assist preparation of tax documents
* Maintain accurate logs of vendor accounts
*A qualified candidate will meet the following criteria:*
* Level 2 Background Screening Clearance
* 5+ years of verifiable Bookkeeping experience
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer service-oriented approach
* Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative to address them
* Flexibility and ability to embrace change and seek feedback with a growth mindset
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
