THYNKhr has been obtained to seek a Corporate Controller with aa CPA and prior experience with BIG 4.
Preferably a candidate with prior experience with software, Saas company or within the technology space is a plus! The position is REMOTE and can be based anywhere in the East or Central of the US.
*About the Role:*
As the Corporate Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and implementing effective financial controls.
This key leadership position demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive financial performance.
*Responsibilities Include:*
* Managing all aspects of corporate accounting, including general ledger reconciliation, account reconciliation, and financial statement preparation.
* Overseeing accounting activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP.
* Preparation and presentation of accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
* Hands-on experience with the month-end close process and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
* Managing tax and regulatory compliance, including the preparation and filing of all tax returns and regulatory reporting.
* Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Monitoring cash flow, managing banking relationships, and conducting regular audits to identify areas for improvement in financial processes.
*Requirements:*
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; or Masters
* US CPA designation required
* Prior BIG 4 working experience is a huge plus!
* Strong collaborative and leadership skills
* Must possess a strong ability to lead teams and function remotely - effectively.
