Divisional Financial Controller.
Duties and responsibilities:
Being a business partner to operation team in the US and have a major part in growing the business - strong interaction with the divisional president, department managers and project managers.
Provide support to senior management with special inquiries, analytical reviews, business and account analysis, ad-hoc projects and providing monthly reports.
Establish Budget, Forecast and Backlog for divisional activities.
Responsible for monthly financial close, revenue recognition, project profitability, project billing, AR collection, onboarding/offboarding of employees, general ledger and reporting for US divisional product line.
Lead and manage a team of four in the US (Billing, Contract Admin) as well as Controllers in Quebec, UK and India.
Interacting with other Financial Controllers worldwide and US Accounting team as needed.
Job qualifications and requirements:
5 years + experience in private/public accounting
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA with public accounting experience a big plus
Dynamic, proactive, and innovative.
Process improvements mindset.
Knowledge of Microsoft AX and NetSuite a plus
IT Services, SaaS, Computer Software or Consulting services experience industry knowledge is a big plus.
Strong communication skill
Salary range: 130K-200K
