Job Overview The Financial Analyst provides leadership at both the strategic and operational levels regarding financial planning, expense control, and process improvement.
They aim to grow the business while developing a strong partnership with the Facilities Management & Asset Protection business partners.
Additionally, they perform other duties as assigned.
What You Will Do Manage financial aspects (planning, forecasting, analysis, reporting) of Facilities, Store Environment, and Asset Protection expense accounts, covering contracted services, 3rd party services, supplies, and payroll.
Provide analytical support to business partners.
Drive operational efficiency improvements.
Collaborate with Corporate Accounting, Facilities, Asset Protection, and vendor business partners to optimize outcomes.
Understand store operating processes and their financial impact.
Utilize problem-solving skills and conduct ad-hoc data analysis to resolve issues promptly.
Extract data from multiple systems and applications, including Oracle, OneStream, and General Ledger.
Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
Skills You Will Need Analytical Skills: Ability to provide analytical support to business partners, utilizing problem-solving skills and conducting ad-hoc data analysis to resolve issues promptly.
Collaboration and Partnership: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external business partners to optimize outcomes.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to extract data from multiple systems and applications, including Oracle, OneStream, and General Ledger.
Proficiency in MS Office computer programs is also required.
Communication Skills: Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on open and continuous communication, and the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
Creativity and Strategic Thinking: Capacity to think creatively, strategically, and technically to address complex financial challenges.

Candidates with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply.
1-2 years of direct experience.
Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel.

Requires close vision.
Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
