Child Care Assistant

```Job Overview:``` We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team.
As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children in our care.
You will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow.
```Duties:``` - Provide attentive and compassionate care to children of various ages - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development - Create a safe and secure environment for children - Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians - Monitor children's behavior and address any issues or concerns - Assist with meal preparation and feeding - Change diapers and assist with potty training - Ensure proper hygiene practices are followed - Administer basic first aid when necessary ```Qualifications:``` - Experience working with children, preferably in a childcare setting - Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices - Familiarity with infant care, toddler care, and early childhood education - Ability to educate and engage children through age-appropriate activities - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging behaviors - First aid certification is preferred but not required - High school diploma or equivalent If you are passionate about working with children and making a positive impact on their lives, we would love to hear from you.
