We are working with a family in New York City that is looking for a full time Manny.
MUST be local to NYC already, *MUST have a minimum of 5 years full time exp with one family working in an ultra high net worth* home, *MUST be able to undergo an extensive background check*.
This will be working with two children Monday through Friday with alternating weekends on and two weekdays off.
Must work well in a formal household.
Must work well as part of a team.
We are seeking a compassionate and responsible individual to join our team as a Manny, you will be responsible for providing quality care, education, and support to children in our home.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children (2 boys).
Candidate must be active and love to play sports, swim, and ski (huge plus)!
Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Engage children in age-appropriate educational activities and play
- Supervise and monitor children at all times
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
Requirements:
- Experience working with children, in private and formal home setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
