_*New York Center for Infants & Toddlers*_is seeking to hire *full-time AND* *part-time *Teaching Assistants to work one to one with children in our Early Intervention program designed for young children with autism.

*Education Requirements:*
* Associate Degree or Higher
*The following are preferred but not required:*
* Experience working with young children
* Experience volunteering, mentoring, tutoring, babysitting, etc
* Interest in early childhood education
All services will be provided under the supervision of the NYS Certified Head Teacher.
*Responsibilities Include:*
* Provide direct service, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and/or JASPER Early Intervention instruction in classroom (Please note – training is provided for these techniques)
* Collect and record children’s progress and responses to interventions utilized in the classroom
* Assist teacher in preparation for daily activity, making sure all pieces of activity are complete and neatly presented
* Provide daily feedback to families regarding children’s progress, performance, and how best to incorporate goals into children’s daily routine
* Other duties as assigned
Full-time hours are: 7:30am-4:30pm
Part-time hours are: 7:30am-12:00pm or 12:15pm-4:45pm
